Idyllic Chick

Last night C&I went to see _Cabin Fever_ with J&L. We were four of ten people at the show, and the other folks were far younger than us (Well, maybe not younger than Chrises.), so we didn’t find it inappropriate to refuse to bide by the normal movie-going rule of silence throughout the film. We laughed aloud, we cheered, we jeered. Surprisingly, we didn’t say ‘fuck’ nearly as often as the characters did. And we tried to. Laura didn’t even stop at making fun of the movie characters. She made fun of the movie *patrons* as well!

Sorry Stephanie, I loved the movie. Not as much as I loved _House of 1000 Corpses_, but _CF_ was everything a campy horror movie should be: gross, stupid, and funny. (Caution: spoilers ahead!) The guy you want to die first doesn’t. Nevertheless, when he does, he does so in a wonderful way. The nice girl is done wrong, and the bitch of the group dies in a horrible way. It was all beautiful. Just beautiful. And Chris thought so too. So be sure to ask him allllll about it!
