It's a small world after all
Confession: I watch Project Runway, and I love it.
Last night I was watching this week's TIVOd episode. Things were pretty normal in the PR world. The cast got its task, the group went to the fabric store, yada yada yada. So everyone is in the fabric store, and Michael turns away from the camera. In 3 or 4 inch high letters across the back of his shirt are the words, 'Alderson Broaddus'. I screamed, rewound a few seconds, watched again, screamed again, then called Kelly.
You've probably never heard of the place, but Kelly and I attended Alderson Broaddus College in Philippi, WV. The two of us didn't know each other then, and met ten or so years later in Gainesville, FL. Yeah, small world.
AB is a very small, private, Baptist affiliated college where you must have special permission to have a car, or to live off campus. So what the hell is Michael Knight from Atlanta, GA, up-and-coming New York hip hop fashion designer extraordinaire doing in an AB shirt?! Crazy! Crazy, I tell you!
