Extreme knitting
This photos at this link are not for the faint of heart knitter. You have been warned. But I can see why she's knitting a garter stitch scarf instead of, say, a fair isle sock.

I saw people doing that kind of suspension in LA, but no one did anything else except chant. Obviously this woman has taken it to a whole new level!
