Pre-Business trip lunch!
This time tomorrow I'll be on my way to Orlando with three dear knittas to catch a plane to Rhinebeck. I *so* can't wait. Lorena and Ginger and I, along with our *wonderful* husbands, have spent every free moment in the last 3 or 4 weeks in the shop. We took a 36 hour vacation back around Necronomicon, and haven't stopped other than that. We. Are. Beat. And while this will be a working vacation (Our first tax deductible business trip! Hee!), it will also be a vacation full of friends, beer, and knitting. On a beautiful porch. Right up the hill from OCC. I wonder if Mikey wants to learn how to knit... Anyhoo, watch this space for mobile blogging. I'll try to remember to twitter once in a while, too.

I can has ahtum now plz?
It's 50 degrees out this morning, and I saw a leaf fall from a sycamore tree. I guess in Florida it isn't so much autumn as it is not-quite-as-hot-season. But I'll take what I can get.

Happy Birthday Lorena!

You know this has to be good...
...if it got me away from my yarn shop stupor and got me blogging. It's a flushing toilet for cats, and is the greatest invention ever. I want one right now! But there's no running water near my cat room, so I'll have to wait until we build the dome and have the plumbers run a pipe in and out of the cat room.

Last night I was someone's +1 at the Hank III/AssJack show at the (former) Florida Theatre. What a flashback. Phil was even there to make things feel realistic for me. Good times, bad times. Loved 'em all.
Hey JC, doesn't Hank owe you a drink or something? I should have tried to collect on that.
